Sangeeta Doss brings more than 36 years of leadership experience in financial services to the North Shore Give Board of Directors. During her distinguished career with Wells Fargo, she led large-scale operational, risk, compliance, and transformation initiatives, overseeing global teams and helping modernize complex business operations across one of the nation’s largest banking organizations.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Sangeeta has built a reputation for developing strong teams, creating effective systems, and driving meaningful organizational change while keeping people at the center of every decision.
Sangeeta and her family first purchased a home in Princeville in 2017 and deepened their connection to the North Shore with a second home in 2021. An outdoor enthusiast who values fitness, wellness, and community, she was drawn to the North Shore’s unique spirit of neighbor helping neighbor. She is honored to support North Shore Give’s mission of strengthening the community and helping ensure the North Shore remains a vibrant place to live, work, and thrive.
